Do I need a Keycard in Summer

In summer 2026, you won’t need a Keycard. With the Bike Day Pass Full, you have the option to load the ticket onto your Keycard or Swisspass if you wish.

QR Code Ticket (all tickets except Bike Day Pass Full)

When booking these tickets, you will receive a QR code that allows you to go directly through the turnstiles.

Note: Wooden balls for the treetop walk and the entrance wristband for the Rockspark can be picked up at the "Bergbahninfo" by showing your booking confirmation.

Bike Day Pass Full (1–3 days)

I don’t have a Keycard

When booking, you can select the option that you do not have a Keycard. In this case, you will receive a QR code after booking, which you can use to collect your ticket at the ticket machines (signposted as "Keycard pick-up station"). These machines are available at all valley stations.

Starting summer 2025, tickets will be issued on digital paper cards. These are now free of charge and still allow contactless access through the turnstiles.

I have a Keycard / Swisspass

If you already have a data carrier and would like to load the Bike Day Pass Full onto it, you can do so. Simply enter the number of your data carrier during the booking process, and the ticket will be loaded onto it. This means you don’t need to do anything else — you can head straight through the turnstiles with it.

Which data carriers / Keycards can I use in LAAX?

Note: The physical Swisspass must be carried with you. Ticket bookings on the Swisspass are only possible with Swisspasse from the generation 2.2
