How can I exchange my outdated/ defect keycards?

Outdated Keycards

You can exchange your old keycards (such as the 25- or 30- or Skidirect) for free at one of our ticket offices in Flims, Laax or Falera. Unfortunately for online ticket purchases, we can't offer this kind of exchange of old keycards.

Defect Keycards

Keycards which you have purchased in LAAX and which no longer work through no fault of your own (no physical defect) will be exchanged free of charge at the ticket office.
