Where is my booked ticket/ How do I collect it? (summer)

All Ticket (except bike day pass full)

After booking, you will receive a QR code, which you can use to get through the turnstiles.
Rockspark and wooden marble: You will receive your entry wristband/wooden marble upon showing the QR code at the Bergbahninfo.

You can find the QR code at the following locations:

• In the booking confirmation that you receive to your email address.
• LAAX App*: Profile->(Transactions)->Tickets, click on the respective booking
• Webshop*: Click here (afterward click on the respective booking)

*If you made the booking in the webshop without registering/logging in, these options are not available.

Bike day pass full

Ticket booked on a keycard/data carrier

If you have booked your ticket on an existing keycard or data carrier, you can go through the turnstile directly with it.

If you're unsure where your ticket was booked to, you can find your booking according to the section below.

Ticket ordered without existing keycard

If you have selected the option "book without keycard", you will receive a QR code after ordering, which you can find at the following places:

• In the booking confirmation that you receive to your email address.
• LAAX App*: Profile->Transactions->Tickets, click on the respective booking
• Webshop*: Click here (afterward click on the respective booking)

*If you made the booking in the webshop without registering/logging in, these options are not available.

You can then simply pick up the ordered tickets at the ticket machines (labelled Keycard-Pick-Up-Station). They are located at all valley stations in Flims, Laax and Falera as well as at Lake Cauma. Simply scan the QR code on the machine and you will receive your booked tickets. Long queues at the ticket office are a thing of the past!
