Which keycards/data carrier can be used in LAAX?

In LAAX, you can use AXESS Keycards or Swisspass Gen. 2.2

Note: Starting from the winter season 25/26, we will no longer offer Skidata Keycards (01-XXX) as a booking option due to occasional issues that have occurred with them. Guests who have still a Skidata Keycard saved in their LAAX profile can still use it for bookings made through the LAAX App (except for Blueline upgrades, which are not possible on Skidata Keycards).

How can I exchange my outdated/ defect keycards?

Swisspass

SwissPasses of generation 2.2 can now also be used as data carriers. Please note that the physical SwissPass must be carried with you.
