Flex will be called Flex+ as of autumn 2026 – What has changed?
It will also be possible to rebook individual unused days from a multi-day pass with Flex+. This gives you even more flexibility! The Flex+ option is available via the LAAX app and webshop, and now also at the lift ticket offices.
For which tickets is the Flex+ option available?
The Flex+ option is available for all ski/snowboard day and multi-day passes as also for some summer-tickets with dynamic prices.
What is the Flex+ option?
With the Flex+ option, you stay flexible and have the possibility to rebook your unused days for another period. This way, you are covered if you are unable to come and can make up your days with us on the mountain at a later time.
Note: All tickets remain automatically insured against illness/accident.
How does the rebooking work?
If you add the Flex+ option when booking, unused days from a multi-day booking or fully unused bookings can be cancelled and fully refunded, provided an equivalent or higher-value booking is made for another date within the same season.
Please note:
The new booking must be made at the current daily dynamic price. Therefore, any possible surcharge for the newly desired period must be paid and covered by you.
An equivalent or higher-value booking means: Same or higher number of days, same or higher ticket type, and same or higher age category than the unused days.
For multi-day tickets, at least the number of unused days must be booked again.
The exact conditions can be found in the Ticket_STC under clause 5.2.
How much does the Flex+ option cost?
The price charged at the time of booking:
The Flex+ option costs CHF 5.00 per person and per day.
The price charged at the time of rebooking:
If you want to make use of the Flex+ option, a new booking of the unused days must be made. Any possible surcharge for the newly desired period must be covered and paid by you. Due to dynamic pricing, price differences compared to the original booking may occur. Therefore, make sure to rebook as early as possible to benefit from better prices.
If you do not use the Flex+ option, or if the price of the new booking is lower than that of the original booking, no costs will of course apply.
How do I redeem the Flex+ option?
Online bookings (LAAX App / Webshop)
If you are unable to visit us or do not want to use individual days from your multi-day ticket, make a new equivalent booking for another period using the same LAAX profile or the same email address and contact us for the cancellation and refund of the first booking/ticket via feedback@laax.com (please send us the booking number).
If you receive an error message such as "[Name] already has a ticket for the corresponding period" when making the new booking, please contact feedback@laax.com, and we will gladly inform you about the procedure.
Offline bookings (ticket offices)
The unused days of the original booking can be credited towards the new purchase at the ticket offices in Flims, Laax or Falera, provided the purchase receipt of the original booking is presented.
All refund requests (offline as well as online bookings) must be submitted no later than the end of the current season.
Until when is the Flex+ option redeemable/valid?
Your Flex+ option booking is only valid during the current season, i.e., your ticket can only be rebooked for another date within the current season. To ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible and benefit from the best prices when rebooking, we kindly ask you to make the new booking as early as possible and to contact us immediately.
A refund can only be made for unused days with Flex+ and with a corresponding new booking.
