Tickets cannot be cancelled or rebooked. Exceptions are illness, incorrect- and double bookings.
A rebooking is possible if the Flex+ Option was booked.
Cancellation/ reasons for refund
Illness/accident
If you are unable to use your ticket due to illness or accident, please send us a doctor's certificate or sports disability certificate, and we will refund the money for the missed days to your account.
Incorrect bookings
If you accidentally purchase the wrong ticket, ticket for the wrong date, wrong number of tickets or similar, please redo the correct booking and contact us within 24 hours after your wrong purchase and before the validity date of the wrongly booked ticket, and we will cancel the incorrect booking.
