Flex+ practical examples

Note: Below you will find the procedure if you booked your ticket online. If the original ticket was purchased at the ticket office, please go there in person for the rebooking. The refund calculation is the same.

Day pass

A day ticket is purchased for 60 CHF, with the Flex+ option for 5 CHF. Now you want to change the date.

• A new day pass or, if desired, a multi-day ticket must be booked for the new date. The purchase is made at the current daily price.
• Notify [e-mail]
• 60 CHF (the purchase price of the original booking) will be refunded. The price of the new booking has no influence on the refund amount.

Multi-day ticket

A 7-day pass is purchased for 350 CHF, plus the Flex+ option for 35 CHF. The ticket is not used on 3 days.

• At least 3 alternative days must be booked for new dates (e.g. 3x 1-day passes; 3-day pass; 7-day pass, etc.). The purchase is made at the current daily price.
• Notify [e-mail]
• The unused days will be refunded pro rata:
  -> Purchase price of the original ticket / number of days x unused days
  -> 350 CHF / 7 x 3 = 150 CHF refund
  The price of the new booking has no influence on the refund amount.
