If there are malfunction while using the app, please check on the Playstore or in the App Store if an update for the App is available. Please also check if an OS/ iOS update is available for your Smartphone.
The LAAX App is compatible with smartphones on which at least the software versions iOS 13.4 or Android 6.0 is installed. For an optimal user experience, we recommend at least iOS version 13.4 or Android version 8.0.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee perfect display and function on tablets.
Earlier versions and all other systems, such as the Windows Phone, are unfortunately not supported. We apologize for the fact that we cannot cover all scenarios.
