LAAX App-Ticketpurchase guide (Singlerides/ Treetop-walk)

Buy your ticket conveniently in the LAAX app and then go through the turnstile directly with your QR code on your smartphone - buying tickets has never been so easy.

Ticket purchase in the app - step by step (pictures below)

1. Go to the ticket shop in the app and find your desired ticket using the submenu.
    
2. Click into the input field "Dates" and select your desired date in the calendar.
   Below you can select the number of tickets you wish to buy.
     
3. In the booking step 2, you can check your booking at the top, and if everything is correct, you can select your payment method or register a new payment method.
   In the "Discount token" field, you can select a token/voucher if you have one or enter a voucher code.
   Confirm your purchase and you are ready to go.

Your purchased ticket is now on your smartphone. You can find it in the app under "Profile-> Transactions->Tickets". Click on the ticket to open it. You will now see a QR code in blue for each ticket. At the turnstiles, you can click on the it and scan the QR code at the turnsile.

If you prefer to receive your ticket physically, we have also sent the tickets (QR codes) to your email address so that you can print them out.
