Where do I find what in the app and how do I get there? Admittedly, the first time you open the app, the amount of information can be a bit overwhelming. But as soon as you know how to find what you want, the app offers you everything you need for your stay in LAAX and becomes your digital pocket knife, both on the mountain and in the valley. You want to buy a ticket, find out when the next bus leaves, order food to your home or compete with friends on the mountain? You can do all this with the INSIDE LAAX app.
This FAQ will show you how to navigate trough the App.
When you open the app, you will find yourself on the "Explore" page. This is one of the 5 main pages of the app.
You can navigate between the 5 main pages using the main menu at the bottom of the screen.
Here you can personalize your profile, view transactions and make settings.
On each main page you can scroll down and find a selection of articles. If you are looking for something specific, use the submenus and you will get to the corresponding subpages.
Alternatively to the menu you can use the search function. Click on the loupe and type in your search keyword. Use the suggested keywords to get better search results.
We hope you will never need this button. However, if you or someone on the mountain gets into an emergency situation, click on this button. Confirm the request for help. Then your GPS location will be sent directly to our SOS team and a rescue team will be sent to you.
