Cancellation/ reasons for refund
Illness/accident
If you are are unable to use your ticket due to illness or accident, please send us a doctor's certificate or sports disability certificate and we will refund the money for the missed days to your account.
Incorrect bookings
If you accidentally purchase the wrong ticket, ticket for the wrong date, wrong number of tickets or similar, please contact us within 24 hours after your purchase and we will cancel the incorrect booking and you can re-book.
