Have you already installed the INSIDE LAAX App? If not, you can find out more about the installation here.
After you have downloaded and started the app, you will need a user account. All you need is your email and access to your mailbox. We will send you a four-digit access code, by entering the code your user account will be created. Learn more here.
Now click on "Ticket Shop" in the main navigation below and select the ticket you want.

Select the "Dates" for which days you would like to buy a ticket. To buy a multi-day ticket, select the first and last day. To change to another month, scroll up or down. Click on "Set your dates" to accept your selection.
Select your "guests" by clicking on "Select guests". If you have already saved guests, they will be displayed here. Select the desired persons by using the button (slider).
To create a new guest (person) press "Add someone new". More detailed information how to create a new person you'll find here.
If you would like to edit the details of an already created person, click on the icon to the left of the name. Once you have completed your persons and selected them with the button (slider), confirm your entries by clicking on "Save"
After you have selected the correct date and persons you can scroll down and book additional services, e.g. a Blueline upgrade or a parking space in the INSIDE Parking. Then press "Continue" to get to step 2 of 2.

Above, you see an "Order Summary" of your order. Please check persons and Keycards. If you want to change your order again, click on the arrow in the upper left corner.
If your order is correct, select a payment method to complete the order process. In case you have already added a payment method to your account, you can select it above. Click on "Change payment method" to choose a new one.
If you have a "discount token" (digital voucher or coupon), enter it under "Select or add token".
For your security, we will open a window of our payment service provider who will process your payment details with the highest security standards. The window opens as soon as you click on "Confirm & pay".
To save your payment method for future purchases, select "Save my card for future purchases" by clicking the button (slider) if you want to.
Now press "Confirm & pay". Once you have successfully entered your payment details, we will show you a corresponding confirmation. This window closes automatically. If not, close this window by clicking on "Close" in the upper left corner.
After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We will also save your order in your "Profile" under "Transactions".
If you had your Keycard or SwissPass as your data carrier when you purchased your lift ticket, you can go directly through the turnstile.
If you have bought a new Keycard, you can easily pick up your tickets at the pick-up stations. They are located at all valley stations in Flims, Laax and Falera or at the Caumasee. Simply scan the QR code from your order confirmation at the machine, and you will receive your ordered tickets. Long queues at the ticket office are a thing of the past.
