For which tickets is the Flex Option available?
The Flex Option is available for all ski/snowboard day and multi-day tickets in the winter season 24/25, which are purchased online (LAAX app or webshop).
What is the Flex-Option?
With the Flex-Option, you remain flexible and have the option of rebooking your booked tickets for a different time period. This means you are covered if you are unable to visit us and can make up the days with us on the mountain at another time.
Note: All the tickets remain insured against illness/accident by default.
How the rebooking works:
If you book the Flex-Option when making a booking, all tickets included in the booking can be cancelled and refunded fully on request, provided that an equivalent booking is made for another date in the same season.
Please note:
- The new booking must be made at the current dynamic price. This means that the (possible) surcharge for the newly requested period must be paid.
- The following is regarded as an equivalent booking: same number of days, same ticket type and same age category or higher age category than the original booking.
- Only unused tickets can be completely ‘rebooked’, but not individual days of a multi-day ticket.

How much does the Flex-Option cost?
The price due when making the booking:
For the Flex-Option you will pay CHF 5 per person/day. The price is therefore calculated from the number of days of all tickets included in the booking totaled X 5 CHF.
The price due when rebooking:
If you wish to make use of the ‘rebooking option’, a new booking must be made. The (possible) surcharge for the newly requested time period must be paid by you. Dynamic pricing can result in price differences to the original booking, so we advise you to make the rebooking as soon as possible to benefit from better prices.
If you do not make use of the ‘rebooking option’ or the booking price of the new booking is lower than that of the original booking, there are of course no charges.
How do I redeem the Flex-Option?
If you are unable to come and visit us, make a new equivalent booking for the desired period from the same LAAX profile and request the cancellation and refund of the first booking at feedback@laax.com.
If you receive an error message similar to this ‘ [Name] has purchased tickets for some of the selected dates’ when making the new booking, please contact feedback@laax.com , we will be happy to inform you about the procedure.
Until when is the Flex-Option redeemable/valid?
The Flex-Option allows you to ‘rebook’ the start date of your ticket to another date in the same season, so the Flex-Option expires at the end of the season at the latest.
To ensure that you receive your refund as quickly as possible and that you can benefit from the best prices when rebooking, please make your rebooking as early as possible and contact us straight away.
Once you have decided to use your ticket (on which the Flex-Option was purchased), the ticket can no longer be ‘rebooked’. The Flex-Option therefore expires as soon as the ticket has been scanned at a turnstile/gate.
